Old City Makers Market

I went to the Old City Market this afternoon to check out some of the awesome artists and makers. Last week I attended the farmers market and when I found out there was another market (but mostly makers) I was all about it. It rained a lot of the day, but that didn't keep these artists from coming out.

My friends, let me tell you a little about my friend Paris. She is not only a local Knoxville, TN artist but she is also a long time friend of my husband’s family. She is also a recent friend to me and I am so happy about it because, guys, this girl is amazing.

Market Square Farmer's Market

It was so hot today ya’ll! I mean I truly don’t sweat very much but these last two days. Lets just say I am MELTING. Today I decided to head down to the farmers market to look for some yummy treats and maybe a plant or two. Knoxville has a farmers market in Market Square every Saturday and Wednesday!

Jacks Avenue

Jacks Avenue is a local small business that was started by artists who are husband and wife. They have also recently started their own brick and mortar store that sells only small business and local artist’s stuff. I have been in and it is truly a beautiful and awesome place to find something for your house, a gift for a friend, or stop in for an amazing cup of coffee!
